At the time of starting with the class of speech I came to think that they would only be quick readings with written works without understanding what we were doing. But I was wrong, and I am happy that it was so because we really put into practice the topics explained in class. We use different monotony to carry out each evaluation where it makes me feel more motivated and to know that I am not only reading, I am learning. As we could see in chapter 3 we talked about intercultural communication. This means that we are people from different cultures interacting to improve communication. My group and I completed this chapter and I really liked seeing that although without being able to meet or speak every day, we were able to interact in a good way to carry out this presentation. Each one of us contributed knowledge, concepts and other even experiences of how to do better in each evaluation. Without a doubt I liked the way we presented our chapter and thus being able to teach our colleagues what intercultural communication entails.

In chapter 9 we will find communication in groups. A little different from chapter 3 but at the same time very similar. Many times we find it a bit difficult to carry out good communication in groups where there can be up to more than 3 people. But this would not be achieved without the help of a leader who makes us push more than if a member does something wrong, as a group we must help whoever needs it at the moment because the favor will be repaid in the future. This chapter is important like all the others because it teaches us that we must share interests and perspectives if we want everything to go well. Communication is something fundamental that is not only implemented in school; it is practiced more outside of it. At the same time, for there to be good communication in groups, there must be support and respect for thoughts different from ours. By sharing different ideas and giving advice, we can achieve better things.

And finally in chapter 10, we are going to observe that they talked about: Group leadership and problem solving. This chapter seemed more complex to me when I listened to it because they really did know how to prepare and explain it. This chapter is something that was applied in each group because we were able to count on a leader in each group who did not solve the problems; on the contrary, they knew how to try not to fall into them. A leader will always inspire each member to never decline and continue with the strategy that was outlined from the beginning, and then each day is one step closer to success. And it really is something that was noticed a lot in the presentation of the chapter. It was an orderly and clear way of discussing the subject.

In conclusion, each chapter left me a lesson and it is that no matter where we come from, what culture we have, it will always be nice to interact with people who do not know about you but who perhaps would like to learn from you. I am happy to say that I not only read, I learned from all this that although it seems simple, it is something that should not be lacking in daily life.
